Designation: Deputy General Manager

Experience Required : 10-13 Years

Skills required : Soft skills, Problem solving Approach, Leadership Skills, Revenue Generation, Process development as per latest regulatory guidelines.

Past Experience : Brokerage, Depository Participants or banking industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Your goal will be to build and implement efficient programs that serve user needs.

  • Liaising with Merchant banker for upcoming assignments like IPO, Rights Issue, Buyback, Open offer, Delisting and Exit offer.
  • Coordinating with Admission & Demat team for urgent ISIN Generation for IPO clients and demat processing.
  • Ensuring smooth processing of assignments in coordination with various stakeholders like Merchant Banker, Stock Exchanges, SCSB’s, Sponsor Bank, Depositories and SEBI.
  • Billing the company and liaising for payments.
  • Addressing investor grievances received from SEBI, Exchanges and Banks.
  • Implement changes in application issues by regulators like SEBI, Exchanges and Depositories.
  • Looking for Revenue generation.
  • Working under strict timelines issue by regulator for various assignments.
  • Motivating team members for new development and executing existing activities.
  • Analytical skills for handling huge numbers in various assignments.

Position: Assistant Manager / Manager - Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA Services) – Sales.

Experience: 2-4 years in Business Development / Relationship Management in broking, financial institutions or banks.

Education: Any Graduate with excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) and sound knowledge of Operations.

Location: Mumbai, Delhi and Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring listed and unlisted companies for admission of ISIN with Depository/ies.
  • Generating new Business of IPO, FPO, rights issue, ISIN.
  • Making Proposals, Quotes and Tenders.
  • Incumbent must have proven experience in People management skills be quality focused and work efficiently.
  • Conceptualize and develop marketing plans for the products in line with the business plan.
  • Actively network with Industry, manage internal/external client relationships effectively and build client relationships to explore new business opportunities.
  • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting Investment Bankers, CA/CS or Corporates.
  • Preparing various types of MIS on a periodic basis.
  • Assisting in implementing procedures.
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, SEBI Information, new notifications about dematerialization of shares.
  • Willing to travel regularly and meeting people.

  • Issue - Daily sending emails of Bid data and cancel bids to SCSB's banks and getting certificates as per format defined by SEBI from Banks.
  • IPO Closing day- T & T+1 bids data generating SCSB wise and sending emails to all respective banks.
  • Post issue IPO - NSE/BSE BID file, Bendem upload, Bendem verification, Bendem generation, Bid book data & Error data preparation.
  • Post issue IPO - T+1 All ASBA Bank FC, UPI & Syndicate banks FC collection & followup via emails & calls with respective SCSB’s.
  • Post issue IPO - T+2 Confirmation for Third party applications from respective SCSB’s via emails & calls.
  • Post issue IPO - Fund Transfer UTR Number updation and followup with SCSB’s via emails and calls.
  • Brokerage calculation sheet & structure upload on Bigshare web site.
  • Preparation & control of issue & Post issue MOU & control on receipt of all MOU's for Audit and filing in to respective file
  • FIRC Report generation and sharing with banks for getting FIRC certificate from respective SCSB’s.
