Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. had sponsored a day-long seminar organized by the Nagpur Chapter of ICSI at Hotel Centre Point on Dec 7 2019. The seminar was attended by over 100 practicing Company Secretaries from Nagpur and surrounding areas. There were interesting discussions regarding role of Company Secretaries in NCLT matters.
