Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. was promoted by Mr.N.V.K.Mohan and his associates. The Board comprises of eminent people like Mr.G.V.Rao Ex-Chairman of Lakshmi Vilas Bank Ltd, Mr.A.Padmanabhan Rao retired General Manager Canara Bank and Mr. P. R. Rao. [Industrialist]. The Board also has Mr.N.V.K.Mohan as Managing Director and Mr.N.B.Prasad Chartered Accountant as one of the Promoter Directors.

In the year 2006, Transfer Online Technology Development LLC (TOLTD) the Technology arm of Transfer Online Inc USA (TOL), a leading SEC registered Transfer Agent took a 33 percent stake in the company. Ms. Lori Livingston President of Transfer Online Inc. USA joined the Board as Director representing TOLTD’s interest.
