its stake holders whether it is the client Company, Investor, Staff or Statutory
agencies or others. In order to follow the above in letter and spirit the company
has internal committees both for IPO and Share Transfer Agency operations.

Before each and every IPO the concerned staff holds a meeting to decide upon time
lines based on estimated response to the IPO and review any other procedural issues
and required rectification if any.

In the same way periodical meetings are held in the Share transfer Agency section
to review interaction with Client companies and their investors. To summarize the
