Mr. N.V.K. Mohan - Managing Director

B. Tech. in Electronics from Regional Engineering College Warangal with distinction. He is also, a Rank holder in M.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Kharagpur.
Worked with CANFINA since its inception in 1987 and was heading Registrar & Transfer Agency activities as its Chief Executive with responsibilities of Marketing, Operations, Finance & Accounts, Recruitment, Training and all other activities related to this profit centre. During his tenure at CANFINA the number of folios serviced by CANFINA had gone up to over 20 lacs.
He has handled a corpus of over Rs.300 crores as Custodian. The profitability of the R & T Division had

shot up from a mere 30 lacs to more than 3 crores during his tenure at CANFINA. He has handled a large number of Public, Rights, Preferential & Bonus issues of prestigious clients like CANBANK Mutual Fund, Apple Industries, Modern Group, DCW etc. As head of the R & T Profit Centre of CANFINA he interacted with other divisions of CANFINA like Merchant Banking, Portfolio Management, and Leasing etc. This has given him a vast exposure to other fields of Merchant/Investment Banking.

He established Bigshare in 1994 and is instrumental in its growth and as Managing Director of the Company; he is a part of its success story.

Mr. Ashok Shetty – Sr. Vice President – Operations

A Commerce Graduate is an adept & talented professional, having over one and half decade’s hands on experience in handling assignments relating to Registrars to the Mutual Funds, Publics Issues, Rights Issues, Open/Buyback offers and other Investor servicing activities. Ashok drives the key profitability agenda through planning, fresh initiatives, technology and timely delivery of projects. Ashok is given lot of inputs to design and develop Boss & i’Boss. The entire operations of the company are looked after by him.

Ashok’s interest outside official work includes traveling, watching cricket, keen eye on politics and also listening to old Hindi music.

Mr. Dilip Bapat – Vice President - Business Development

A commerce Post Graduate and Marketing Professional with more than 25 years of experience in the Registry Industry. He has worked with all leading Registrars and successfully added blue chip companies to their portfolio .

His hobbies include stamp and coin collection, with the latest being scale diecast car model collection.

Mr. Y K Singhal - Vice President Operations

A Graduate in Maths / Economics from Delhi University, having over 30 years experience in handling assignments relating to Registrars and data Processing and other Investor servicing activities. He has worked with leading Registrars in NCR and successfully handled many large/multi horizon assignments. He drives the RTA operations of Company with new initiatives, technology and timely delivery of projects.

Singhal’s interest outside official work includes keep a tab on current Political affairs, watching old movies etc.

Mr. Maksood Khan – Vice President - IT

A Commerce Graduate, Computer professional with more than 15 years of experience in Computer Applications, System Analysis and System Administration. He has handled more than 100 IPO’s, Rights Issues, Open Offers and RTA related activities. Presently looks after the software and processing needs of the R&T & Issue assignments of the Company. Maksood is led software team to make create next generations web based products called Boss & i’Boss.

Khan is an ardent follower of Cricket and loves to have his hand in Secondary Market.

Mr. Sunil Kamble – Asst. Vice President - Operation

A Commerce Graduate, he is a well-experienced R&T professional who has put in more than 15 years in the field. Sunil called as a trouble shooter and has lot of passion to work and creativeness in work. Sunil has contributed a lot in developing Boss & i’Boss.

Sunil has lot of passion for Cricket and is popularly known as a thinker.
